15 years of Solidarity in Haiti

Much more often than we would like, from the comfort of our sofas we watch the news of earthquakes, floods, poverty… but behind each of these catastrophes we find people, people with stories. These are the stories the exhibition entitled “15 years of solidarity in Haiti” wants to tell us. An exhibit of photographs in honour of the 15^th anniversary of the NGDO Lanbi Elkartea from Portugalete. This association wishes to bring us the reality of the Haitian people through images depicting daily life in a rural village in the southeast of this Caribbean country. It is an exceptional opportunity to travel across the ocean to explore a reality that is sure to surprise you. You can discover this extraordinary exhibition throughout September on the Bizkaia Bridge terraces in Portugalete and Getxo. Don’t miss it!
