Los gestores de los Sitios declarados Patrimonio Mundial por UNESCO, no solo somos responsables de su conservaci\u00f3n, mantenimiento, servicio, calidad, promocion etc., sino tambi\u00e9n de la correcta comunicaci\u00f3n de su Valor Universal Excepcional.<\/span><\/p>\n

Unos Valores inherentes a cada bien, ya sean bienes tangibles, naturales o intangibles, que constituye su propia esencia y raz\u00f3n de ser, convirti\u00e9ndolos en una fuente irremplazable de vida e inspiraci\u00f3n. Bienes que ejemplifican la autenticidad, la cultura del esfuerzo, el arraigo a la tierra, la Innovaci\u00f3n y creatividad, el respeto al aprovechamiento del medio natural a trav\u00e9s de la comunidad humana creando paisajes culturales de extremada belleza, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n

Valores todos ellos con un elemento com\u00fan de respeto, admiraci\u00f3n y casi veneraci\u00f3n por los que nos precedieron, al evocar la \u00e9pica de hombres y mujeres; bien por adaptarse el medio a veces hostil, bien por el af\u00e1n de hacer m\u00e1s c\u00f3modas, f\u00e1ciles y baratas la vida de los pueblos y sus relaciones entre s\u00ed, o bien por el poder creador del hombre como hecho social de participaci\u00f3n y buscador incansable de belleza.<\/span><\/p>\n

Como dijera Roger Gaud\u00ed en su dedicatoria al reci\u00e9n estrenado Puente Bizkaia \u201c<\/span>No se trata de idealizar el presente ni el porvenir sino de despertar en el hombre la exigencia de su propia superaci\u00f3n, por eso es por lo que una obra de arte en la medida de su grandeza es decir en la medida en que en un momento cualquiera de la historia ha expresado un mundo nuevo en trance de nacer o ha hecho sentir la presencia del hombre en trance de superaci\u00f3n, continua conmovi\u00e9ndonos profundamente aun cuando las condiciones hist\u00f3ricas y sociales en que nacieran sean absolutamente diferentes a las nuestras.\u201c<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

Esta capacidad humana de ir m\u00e1s all\u00e1 , de tener imaginaci\u00f3n, de crear, de esforzarse y de vivir la vida en la verdad, crear belleza y hacer justicia debe alzarse por encima de las ideas de la grandeza de la fuerza del poder, pues hemos adquirido un terrible desequilibrio entre nuestro desarrollo material y nuestro desarrollo espiritual, luego debemos recuperar esa \u00e9tica, esa capacidad de discernimiento para volver a pensar y pensarnos <\/span>como individuos y como sociedad siendo conscientes de los retos y de las dificultades a las que nos enfrentamos.<\/span><\/p>\n

As\u00ed por ello, estos sitios declarados Patrimonio Mundial por la UNESCO, deben convertirse en faros, en gu\u00edas de referencia de la creaci\u00f3n humana y se\u00f1as de nuestra identidad cultural adem\u00e1s de ser motores activos del desarrollo econ\u00f3mico y espiritual de las comunidades locales<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n
