In order to ensure that all our visitors have the best experience and bookings are managed correctly, we have established the following cancellation policy for group visits to the Bizkaia Bridge Panoramic Walkway:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

  1. General Cancellation Terms and Conditions<\/b><\/li><\/ol>

    Free-of-charge cancellation: cancellations made at least 7 days in advance of the booked date will not incur any costs. A full refund will be processed from the cancellation request.<\/span><\/p>

    Cancellation between 3 and 6 days in advance: a partial refund will be given and 30% retained when the cancellation is made between 3 and 6 days in advance of the booked date.<\/span><\/p>

    Cancellation with less than 72 hours’ notice: a partial refund will be given and 60% retained when the cancellation is made less than 72 hours in advance.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

    1. Booking changes<\/b><\/li><\/ol>

      Additions to the number of people in the group must be notified at least 48 hours in advance of the visit. If there are fewer participants without prior notice or fewer than the number booked show up, the difference will not be reimbursed.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

      Changes to dates should be requested at least 5 days in advance and will be subject to availability.<\/span><\/p>

      1. No Show<\/b><\/li><\/ol>

        No refund will be given and 100% of the total value of the booking will be charged if the group is no show on the agreed date and time without any prior notice.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

        1. Weather Conditions and Force Majeure<\/b><\/li><\/ol>

          In case of adverse weather conditions that put the safety of the visitors at risk or for reasons of force majeure (temporary closure of the bridge, unforeseen incidents, etc.), we reserve the right to reschedule the visit or issue a full refund.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

          1. Cancellation Process<\/b><\/li><\/ol>

            Cancellations should be requested by email to promocion@puente-colgante.com or by phoning 94 480 10 12.<\/span><\/p>

            The group will receive confirmation of the cancellation or change to its booking within 96 hours from receipt of the request.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
